BACKGROUND

A pre-seed opportunity has surfaced within the city limits. The venture, referred to only as THE ENTITY, is presently known solely through corridor conversation and municipal observation. No public filings exist. No founders have been identified. The project is understood to concern infrastructure-adjacent computation at municipal scale.

This bulletin serves as the sole authorised channel for expression of interest. All correspondence will be logged in the public register.

INVESTMENT TERMS

Funds to be held in escrow by the City Treasurer until the Entity elects to materialise or the term expires.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Complete the inquiry form below with full legal name and address.
2. Indicate proposed commitment amount in the message field.
3. Submit. A numbered receipt will be issued within fourteen days.
4. Attend the closed tender meeting scheduled for the last Friday of each month at City Hall, Room 12B.
