This document records the precise remaining allocation of complimentary dial-up hours granted under the 1997 Civic Connectivity Initiative. Hours are issued quarterly and may be redeemed at any approved municipal terminal or through verified home modems registered with the Bureau.

Unused hours do not expire until the close of the fiscal year. Citizens may transfer up to six hours to another registered household by submitting Form 17-B at any branch office. All remaining balances are audited monthly.
