Parental Permission Required for Annual Field Excursion

Horizon Industries extends an invitation to all eligible dependents of company staff for the annual cultural excursion scheduled for Saturday, 8 November 1997. Transportation will depart from the 53rd Street headquarters at 9:15 a.m. and return by 4:30 p.m. All participants must be accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian.

Conditions of Participation

• Participants must remain with their assigned group at all times.
• Appropriate attire is required: closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate outerwear.
• No personal electronic devices, cameras, or recording equipment permitted inside exhibition halls.
• Lunches will be provided by the company; outside food or beverages are not allowed.
• Guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of their dependents throughout the duration of the trip.
• Any participant exhibiting disruptive behavior will be returned immediately to headquarters at the guardian’s expense.
